I had never really had much luck with women from my own country. Things just never really worked out but then again it also didn't feel right. When dating women in my own country it always felt like there was no connection and that we always wanted different things, we were on different wave lengths. The important things were always what home you owned, what car you drove, what you earned, the clothes you wore and eating out. It's nice to own a home, have a good car, salary, clothes and being able to eat out and enjoy life and I believe that it's normal for any woman or man to want these things as you can enjoy life and after all who doesn't want to be financially secure to some degree. As human beings we always want to better our lives and we are always working towards something better. I was looking for something and someone serious but no luck. If I even mentioned that I was thinking in terms of settling down and getting married it was over. If you ask me I think many women here don't know what they want, their desire for money is not to be financially secure so that they can start a family and have less worries but rather for living it up and having a good time regardless of anything else. If the next guy who comes along has more than you - bye bye girlfriend. Don't get me wrong and think that im saying women here are bad but to put it simply they just did not suit me and I needed something more. Im sure that many men from the west feel the same.I remember as a youngster seeing a program on TV where they were interviewing men who had Russian wives and what good wives the Russian ladies make and what good family values they have and how well they look after their husbands and families. I always knew that I would get married at an early age and thought if I could not find a wife I would have to find myself one of these Russian beauties. Well, thats exactly what I did. I had searched many womens profiles on the net and kept in mind that other men had also probably contacted many of the women. There are absolutely thousands of profiles and sites. I came across a site which for a fee would advertise your profile for three months on many different Russian sites. I paid the fee, set up my profile and waited. I figured that if there were single Russian women out there looking for a man and believe me there are many, they would find me. I wouldn't have that much competition. I started e-mailing some of the women I liked, especially one in particular. She was beautiful, kind and an angel. We would e-mail, post letters, talk in ICQ and speak on the phone nearly everday. After eight months I invited her for a holiday to my country. We were madly in love and we were engaged before she left to return home. Three months later I took a trip to Russia to meet her family and to bring my fiance home. We were married within two months and I can honestly say that this was the best decision I have ever made. We have been married for 6 years and have a beautiful little girl.
I would like to say that the Russian women make beautiful, caring and wonderful wives. There are women who are complete chancers but not many. There are absolutely thousands of single Russian women looking for husbands. These women are loving and have strong family values. They care so well for their husbands and children. They look after the home and can cook well. The Russian women do not leave Russia because life is terrible, Russia is a beautiful place and I have been there four times. These women are also not slaves. The Russian women are true partners in a marriage and life, so if you are lonely and can't find someone do not fear because Mother Russia is here!
